Our chosen charity for September will be for "All about Erin"
Erin was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at the tender age of 2. Her parents are desperately trying to raise funds for Erin to receive life saving treatment abroad.

 

October is our Trick or Trot 5K. Join in the spooktacular race, grab your running shoes, dogs or children and help raise money for the Alder Hey Children's Charity.

 

Alder Hey Children's Charity raises vital funds to help make Alder Hey in the park a truly world class, patient friendly hospital for the 275,000 patients and families they care for every year.

 

20% of Octobers race profits will go directly to the charity.

 

As many of you will know, the New York marathon will be held on the 6th November this year. Get your NY themed bling without leaving the country!! Run any distance from 5k to a marathon (if your brave enough!!) to claim your medal.

 

This month we will be supporting Children's Hospice SW. They are the only provider in the south west of Palliative, respite,end of life and bereavement care for families and their life limited children in a hospice environment.

 

Our winter run will be open from December the 1st until the 31st of January. It is a multi distance race, so you can choose the distance, depending how brave you are running in the cold.

 

Our chosen charity for our winter run is Make a wish foundation UK. They exist for one reason - to grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life threatening conditions.

 

Our Batrun is open from the 1st of February right through until the 31st of March. It is our first Glow in the Dark medal!! This race can be any distance you like! You choose the distance and time.

 

The charity for this race is Diabetes UK. They are the largest charity focused on diabetes research in the UK and have invested nearly £60 million in the last ten years.

.

 

   

Our Jokathon is open from April 1st -30th. Walk or run any distance during this period to get this lovely medal.

 

The charity for April will be the Roy Castle lung cancer foundation. They fund more than £1m worth of research every year and also provide help and hope to people affected by lung cancer.

 

   

Get moving in May to earn the Arkham 5k medal. If 5k sounds a bit much please take your time and do it bit by bit.

 

The charity for May is CLIC Sargent they provide vital clinical, practical and emotional support to young cancer patients and their families.

 

   

Please do not panic! We don't expect you to do the 100k in one go!! Take as long as you need to build up to the total amount. Feel proud of your efforts over the Summer.

 

The charity for the summer challenge is Kicks Count. They aim to empower mums and dads to be with knowledge and confidence throughout their pregnancy.

They provide specialist care for people whose illness no longer responds to curative treatment (Palliative care)

 

Our beautiful Winter medal this year is inspired by the classic fairytale. Choose any distance for this medal.

 

The charity we have chosen is 2 wish upon a star. They work together to support bereaved parents who lose a child suddenly and traumatically.

 

The magnificent 5K is a great way to start 2018! Get out and about and shake off the winter blues for this great medal.

 

The charity for this month is The family Fund. They exist to help all families raising disabled and seriously ill children and young people have the same opportunities as others.

 

Walk, run or cycle any distance during the month of March to achieve this Running Dead medal.


Sarah Bogg is raising money to help Queens medical hospital Nottingham ICU and ED units in loving memory of her nephew Josh Davies.

 

The Sam White legacy- continuing the work that Sam began, trying to make a difference by supporting research and pioneering treatments into childhood brain tumours.
